Art and Environment

The liturgy is enhanced by appropriate preparation of the Church environment.

The Art and Environment group consists of a small group of parishioners who prepare the Church for weekly Masses as well as the more significant occasions such as Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and the celebration of the Feast Day of our Patron, St Gerard Majella when the Church is beautifully decorated.

Two complementary aspects of this ministry are the use of drapes and floral arrangements which reflect the liturgical colours and themes of the Church season.
